RKATSITELI ROSE - Rose or Vardisferi means pink in georgian. The majority of Georgian ampelographers agree that it is a clone of Rkatsiteli and not a separate variety but some agree that it is an independent variety. The difference between ordinary Rkatsiteli and rose Rkatsiteli is not only colour. Rose Rkatsiteli has richer aromas, depth and taste. Color and aroma of the grape is fantastic. Not well-spread variety in Kakhetian region.
